Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period, and you can export everything before canceling.
Is our data exportable?
Absolutely. You can export your animal records, medical charts, medication logs, and daily observations anytime in CSV or PDF format. Your data belongs to you.
Is CaptiveCare browser-based?
Yes. CaptiveCare runs entirely in your web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. No installation required—just log in from anywhere with internet access.
Do we need to install anything?
No installation needed. CaptiveCare is a web application that works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Access it from any device with an internet connection.
How many users can we have?
Unlimited. There are no per-user fees. Invite your entire team and assign appropriate roles (Admin, Vet, Staff, Read-Only) to control access.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be prompted to select a plan (monthly or annual). If you don't select a plan, you'll still be able to export your data, but you won't be able to make edits until you subscribe.
